  • We had a great day touring around on our e-bikes from Zoomandel! First time for my wife and I on these bikes and they were great! You can work as hard or as easy as you like and are such a great way to experience the scenery instead of the car! We were staying in Whitianga, caught the ferry across to Cooks and a short walk later we arrived. From there we did about 30kms total seeing heaps of the locals sites/ beaches/ hikes. They give you everything you need (helmets, phone holders, high vis vest, lock). Super nice owner/ manager. Highly recommended.

  • First time on a e-bike and I had such a great day. Cruising around all the beautiful beaches in Mercury Bay, Coromandel area it was the best decision to hire a bike rather than take a car. We did the full day booking and went to cooks beach, cathedral cove & hot water beach, parking was limited so it was awesome to have a bike. Totally recommend Zoomandel e-bikes!

  • Renting bikes from Zoomandel was an excellent decision. The road to Hahei had very few cars and lovely scenery. Arriving in Hahei, we got to park right at the Cathedral Beach trailhead (off limits to cars). We saw some dolphins jumping by the nice rock formations in the bay. Before riding home, we tried out the Coromandel brewery which had a low-key atmosphere and peaceful outdoor beer garden. On the way back, we made one last stop at Mercury Bay winery for an excellent wood-fired pizza. The bikes were really great. You can work as hard or as little as you want. We would highly recommend this trip.

  • First time on a eBike. Great fun, really work well on the hills. The bikes we had were mountian bike style so were good on the few gravel tracks and roads. Very friendly, helpful owner regarding the bikes and the various things to see. Thoroughly recommend ZOOMANDEL.
